Built to be the IT partner
SMBs actually deserve
Alveris IT was founded on a simple premise: small businesses deserve the same quality of IT and operational technology that large enterprises take for granted, at a price that actually makes sense for them.

Meet Alen Kurtish,
founder of Alveris IT
I started Alveris IT because I kept seeing the same problem: local IT companies were selling reactive, break-fix support as if it were a managed service, while the technology landscape was shifting faster than most businesses could keep up with.
At the same time, AI and automation tools were reaching a maturity level where a small professional services firm or a manufacturing shop could genuinely benefit from them, provided someone could implement them properly. Most IT providers weren't even having that conversation.
So I built Alveris IT around two commitments: deliver truly proactive, enterprise-quality managed IT to businesses that couldn't previously afford it, and combine that with real-world AI and automation capabilities that improve how those businesses operate day to day.
Based in the Lehigh Valley, we work with businesses across Pennsylvania who want an IT partner that shows up, speaks plainly, and actually moves the needle on their operations.
Certifications
Real-World Experience
Five years of professional IT experience across enterprise and small business environments. Before starting Alveris IT, I supported a large multi-site organization with more than 7,000 users and thousands of managed devices. That background shapes how I work: enterprise rigor, applied at a scale that makes sense for a small business.
- Endpoint management, Windows deployments, and Microsoft 365 administration at scale
- User support, device lifecycle, AV systems, and hardware across multi-site environments
- IT documentation, structured ticketing workflows, and service management processes
- Hands-on work with automation tools, AI integrations, and modern web systems
- Current focus: bringing that same standard of IT practice to Pennsylvania small businesses
Alveris IT is new as a company. I'm not going to pretend otherwise or invent a client roster. What I bring is real technical experience, real certifications, and a direct stake in doing this work well from day one.
Why Alveris IT exists
We have a specific point of view on what IT services should look like for small businesses today. It's different from what most providers offer.
Proactive, not reactive
Most IT providers wait for your systems to break, then bill you to fix them. Your IT should run without requiring heroics. We monitor, patch, and maintain continuously so fires don't start in the first place.
AI-capable from day one
The IT industry is splitting between providers who understand AI and automation and those who don't. We're firmly in the first camp. We make these capabilities accessible to businesses that couldn't hire a data scientist or AI engineer.
Honest about what you need
We won't sell you tools, licenses, or services you don't need. If a $30/month software subscription solves your problem, that's what we recommend. You won't hear us push a six-figure platform with half the features going unused.
Local and accountable
We operate in Pennsylvania, know the Lehigh Valley business community, and can be on-site when remote support isn't enough. You'll always have a real person to call. Not a tier-one helpdesk halfway across the country.
SMB-only focus
We specifically serve businesses with 10 to 100 employees. That's a deliberate choice. It means every process we build, every tool we use, and every recommendation we make is calibrated to the realities of running a business at that scale.
Security-first mindset
Cyber threats are the top operational risk for small businesses today, and most SMBs are underprotected. We bake security into everything we do. Not as an expensive add-on, but as a baseline expectation.
The modern IT + AI story
For the past decade, the managed IT services industry sold the same playbook: antivirus, backup, helpdesk, patch management. It was the right answer in 2010. It's table stakes now.
The real value for an SMB today isn't keeping the lights on. It's using technology to improve how the business actually runs. That means finding workflows that eat 10 hours a week and automating them. It means deploying AI tools that let your team do more with fewer manual steps, and building systems that are genuinely efficient rather than just functional.
That's what we call the modern IT + AI approach: you get everything a traditional MSP provides, plus a partner who actively looks for ways to improve your operations. Specifically for your business, with your tools and your workflows.
Let's talk about your business
Have an immediate IT problem? Just evaluating your options? Either way, we're happy to talk. No pitch, no pressure.
